We will provide you with the highest quality service and support in the comfort of your own home or office. All services are by appointment only and we can generally have you on the schedule within 48 hours (many times even on the same day). Our services are typically performed “while you wait”, typically taking no more than 2-3 hours depending on the nature and complexity of the service. For those services that cannot be completed in a timely manner on-site; we will pick up your machine, complete the service(s) in our shop, return the machine to you and set everything back up at no increased cost.

| Repair and Tune-up | $120.00 | Includes the basic labor to repair and optimize your system; installation of available updates including Windows updates, Windows service packs, device drivers, Java, and Adobe, etc.; removal of any and all viruses, spyware; etc. Essentially, this service will cover pretty much any issue that does not require a complete operating system reload (there is a upcharge if this is needed). It also does not include the cost of any parts (if needed). | |

The prices listed above are labor rates only. Additional charges will be applied for any parts needed beyond basic cables, screws, etc. These prices reflect standard pricing for work on ONE system only. Discounts for servicing multiple systems on the same appointment are available. Services performed on servers, after hours, or outside of our normal service area will have additional charges applied. When performing a data back up, we are only able to back up user created data files such as pictures, music, email, documents, etc. We cannot back up your installed programs, games, etc. Unfortunately, due to the nature of your issue (i.e. damaged hard disk) this service may not be possible to perform successfully.
We will not install any “pirated” software.
