We understand that you have a life and are busy so we come to you. All of our work is done by appointment so you can choose the time that is most convenient for you. When you call us to schedule your appointment we will typically be able to have someone on-site within 48 hours and in many cases on the same day. We will arrive at the scheduled time, not two hours late, and you will never be given a time “window” that covers half the day like the cable or phone companies like to do. When we arrive we will be professional and courteous and actually listen to your problems so we can work with you to guarantee that they are all resolved. You don’t have to feel like you need a degree in Computer Science to talk to us. We will talk to you like a real person using normal English and explain things in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand. We are not done with the job until you are 100% satisfied.
