Most of our services can be performed "while you wait" in the comfort of your own home or office. For the services that cannot be completed on-site; we will pick up your machine, complete the service(s) in our shop, return the machine to you and set it back up. We strive for a 24 hour turn around time on every system we service and most machines will be completed the same day.

The prices above are labor rates only. Additional charges will apply for any repair or upgrade parts used beyond basic cables, screws, batteries, etc. These prices reflect standard pricing for service on one machine only. Discounts for servicing multiple machines are available. Services performed on servers, after hours, or outside of our normal service area will have additional charges applied. ** When performing a data back up, we are only able to back up user created data files. This means that we cannot back up your programs, only the data created by those programs. Unfortunately due to the nature of your issue (i.e. damaged hard disk) this service may not be possible to perform.
