Who we are...

    Donnell Technical Services is a full service technical support company specializing in all manners of PC repair and upgrades.  We are currently the only CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center in Genesee county.  What this means is that we only employee professional technicians who have the knowledge and tools to do the job right.  We are dedicated to helping you resolve your problems in a fast, friendly, and professional manner.  We offer services ranging from simple diagnostics and repairs, to hardware and software upgrades, to complete network installations, all with the convenience of you never having to leave your home or office.  Essentially what we offer is the most fastest, most convenient option for servicing your personal computer.  We can take care of any issue for you, whether it be a virus, spyware, damaged hardware, corrupted software, etc.  We carry a complete selection of upgrade and repair parts and if we do not have the part you need we can get it (generally in 48 hours or less). 

    Frustration...

    Let's face it, no one wants to have to unplug everything from the back of their computer, lug it out to the car, hope it doesn't get dropped or damaged, and drive 20 minutes (or more) to the nearest repair center.   Then you get to wait weeks for the repairs to be finished only to have to do the same thing all over again in reverse and then hope that when you do finally get it back home it is actually fixed. 

    Things are different here...

    All of our work is done by appointment so you can choose the time that is best for you.  When you call us and schedule your appointment we will generally be able to have someone onsite the same or next day.  We understand that you have a life and are busy so we will come to you for the service.  We will then arrive at the SCHEDULED time, not two hours late, and you will not be given a time "window" like the cable or phone companies like to do.  When we arrive we will be professional and courteous and actually listen to your problems so we can work with you to guarantee that they are ALL resolved.  We are not done with the job until you are 100% satisfied.  We trust that once you give us a try, you will agree we are the best.

    A word from Jeremy...

    During my time working in, and managing, a major retail service center (think cows...), I noticed that the clients had one universal complaint: They hated having to take time away from their day to come in to the shop, usually after spending hours on the phone with technical support.  What we found was that the clients were not getting "personalized" service.  Everyone was treated the same and given the same service.  This lead to the client's expectations not being met and people being unhappy. Eventually that company left the Genesee/Saginaw county area and left several clients dealing with the hassle of having to drive over an hour to the nearest repair facility.  Thus Donnell Technical Services was born.  Seeking to give people the convenience they desired along with a quality local service option for all brands and types of computer systems, we officially opened for business on Sept. 1, 2003.  As a new company, we are starting out as a small, dynamic entity that can change as needed to offer you the "personalized" service that you demand and deserve.  Currently we do not have a storefront for you to visit (but look for one opening in the Flint area soon) and although we apologize for any inconvenience this causes, please realize that this helps keep our prices low.  Eventually we will offer a convenient, centralized location for clients who wish to come to us, but for now all work is done on-site, or on a pick-up/drop-off basis.  What this means to you is that you do not have to hassle with unhooking the machine and leaving your house.  We also charge about the same or less than most of our competitors charge for in-store service for our in-home service.

Currently, all service work is done by the owner, Jeremy Donnell.  In addition to having a degree in Computer Information Systems, Jeremy is also a CompTIA A+ Certified technician with over 5 years experience working on personal computer systems.  It is this experience that lead to the creation of Donnell Technical Services.
